Reservations: Terms & Conditions

The booking involves the acceptance and adherence of the Terms & Conditions and all the info listed at the time of booking accommodation. The booking conditions adopted allow us to plan your stay optimally. The intent of Villa Scarpariello Relais is to guarantee you a special holiday and customize your stay, to allow this we have adopted the following booking and cancellation conditions. N.B: The villa's services are subject to availability/hours and may be modified or no longer available as a result of Coronavirus, Dpcm & Ordinances and Force Majeure measures. No amount will be recognized as compensation for non-use. Online booking: To avoid inadvertent differences between the booking request and the compilation of the same, please carefully check all the data, details and conditions of the booking before confirming the payment. The reservation is conditional on receipt of the amount by credit card only Visa or MasterCard. The reservation involves the acceptance of all the content present online in the confirmation of the reservation.Before confirming your booking, we invite you to read carefully all the content and all the info in the online booking section. Change of dates of stay and change of names of the reservation allowed in accordance with the conditions of the rate. The amount sent is always non-refundable. For late arrival/early departure: the amount sent to us is always non-refundable, the days not used will still be automatically charged. The booking contract is finalized when you receive final confirmation of the booking. Special Offers rates if Super offers are subject to different booking conditions than standard ones. The booking of such offers involves the acceptance of all the conditions proposed online. We recommend taking out holiday insurance covering COVID-related issues also.
Check in, Check out, Reception Kindly communicate arrival time and departure time, preferably by email.
CHECK-IN ONLY FROM 2 PM UNTIL 5PM. In case of check-in after 5PM (always subject to availability) we must request email with Your arrival time and mandatory surcharge of Euro 40.00. FAILURE TO RECEIVE THE EMAIL WITH INDICATED VS ARRIVAL TIME WILL NOT ALLOW check-in.
CHECK-OUT BY 11.00am. Check out before 9am; mandatory surcharge of Euro 40.00.
The booked accommodations that the Customer undertakes to occupy are at his disposal from 2pm on the day of arrival and until 11am on the day of departure, as indicated in the reservation.
The Customer who has booked the accommodation is expected until 5PM on the day of arrival, except for previous late notices transmitted by e-mail and correctly received/agreed. After the aforementioned terms, in the absence of the agreed arrival (no show), the booking contract will in fact be terminated and Villa Scarpariello Relais will be entitled to dispose of the accommodations. Villa Scarpariello Relais for this eventuality will keep as compensation the entire amount paid (which in any case is always non-refundable) and will automatically charge the remaining amount according to the criterion of the conditions of booking / cancellation.
RECEPTION TIME ONLY: FROM 9AM to 5PM the reception as well as physical could also be virtual with contacts ONLY via email or telephone
In case of balance of the stay it will be necessary to check in at Villa Scarpariello Relais on the day of arrival, by credit card only Visa, MasterCard /cash (in compliance with current regulations). Payment for any extra services used will be made on departure.

Cancellation Policy
We recommend taking out holiday insurance covering COVID-related issues also.
The cancellation of the reservation must be carried out promptly only online "booking-cancel reservation" and until confirmation that the cancellation has been correctly received. In case of cancellation, the booking contract will be considered concluded.
Standard/flexi booking:
For the cancellation received within 16 days before the start date of stay / check-in: the amount sent to us is always non-refundable. No additional charges. See online fare conditions and please check all details in your reservation email.
For the cancellation received from 15 days until the arrival date check-in, no show the amount sent to us is always non-refundable. . Automatic debit of the remaining amount of the reservation agreed at the time of booking and conditions. See online fare conditions and please check all details in your reservation email.
For late arrival/early departure: the amount sent to us is always non-refundable, the days not used will still be automatically charged. See online fare conditions and please check all details in your reservation email.

Rates & Supplements
To be verified when booking. Villa Scarpariello Relais reserves the right to increase or decrease the rates at any time, always respecting the communication of the minimum and maximum rates. The price of your stay will in any case be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation. N.B: The services of the Villa are subject to availability / times and may be modified or no longer available following Coronavirus, Dpcm & Ordinances and force majeure measures. No amount will be recognized as compensation for non-use. Some services are subject to a fee, we invite customers to check the information in the Rates section, in the section relating to each accommodation, in the Services section and in the booking confirmation and online rate conditions to contact us in case of further necessary information or reservations. Parking: availability of number 1 car / accommodation space and in any case subject to availability with mandatory reservation via email regardless of the rate.

Complaints & Responsibilities
In the event that the Customer needs to report any problem, he is required to immediately inform the Management only and only with an email sent to info@villascarpariellorelais.it communications will be considered ONLY during your stay.
Termination of the contract
We recommend, as already listed in the booking, to take out holiday insurance covering COVID-related issues also. Villa Scarpariello Relais will have the right to terminate the contract at any time, we will not be responsible for events occurring as a result of any of the following cases for example. The customer will not be reimbursed and Villa Scarpariello Relais will not be responsible for the additional costs that the customer may suffer as a result. The amount sent to us is always non-refundable. No port will be recognized as compensation for non-use.
- Travel documents not presented / not in order. The Customer is responsible for all personal travel documents, all documents requested at the reception must be in order otherwise it will not be possible to complete or complete the stay.
- Failure to comply with the Coronavirus, Dpcm & Ordinances provisions.
- Booking cancellation conditions, no show, failure to receive the email with indications VS check-in / check-out time.
- Failure to pay the amount required for the reservation, failure to pay the balance to be made on the day of arrival check-in.
- Failure to pay for the services used during the stay.
- Failure to comply with the Internal Regulations, the Booking Conditions, Terms & Conditions, mandatory forms to be filled in at check-in, notices in the villa, observance of all online and offline communications.
- Negligent conduct on the part of the Customer / any Visitors previously authorized by the reception and the cause of the disturbance / damage. All accommodations are equipped with inventory, are periodically checked and delivered in perfect condition. The Client must return the accommodation in the same state it was in at the time of check-in. If the Client notices any shortcomings or breakages, he is required to notify the Management within 24 hours after the occupation, in order to avoid that he may later be held responsible by paying the mandatory automatic penalty for any damage. Any complaints at the time of check-out will not be taken into consideration

- Change of stay dates and name changes of the reservation allowed in accordance with the rate conditions.

- Any special requests must be sent at the time of booking in the notes online or via email, subsequently they may not be taken into consideration. Although we will try to accommodate them, as long as these are reasonable, we cannot guarantee that every request will be met. Beyond that, we will not be responsible for the non-enjoyment of the Customer's stay due to a failure to communicate important elements for the enjoyment of the holiday and the amount paid is always non-refundable. It is the intent of Villa Scarpariello Relais to plan with the utmost care the services booked by the customer, but we will not be responsible for any service that is not expressly included and reported in the online booking contract.

It is our intent to plan with the utmost care the services booked by the customer, but we will not be responsible for any service that is not expressly included and reported in the booking contract.
- Major force:
Vsr cannot be held responsible for any cost or additional expense incurred by the customer or in the event that the complete or incomplete use of our services is limited / impossible due to the occurrence of force majeure. No amount will be due as compensation / reimbursement. In this case we could propose different options that will be communicated to you via email. In this document, force majeure means any event or failure that cannot be, despite all caution, expected or avoided or provided by us or our service providers due to an event or circumstance that we or the service provider in question could not foresee or avoid, (as well as events beyond our control) despite the utmost care applied. (events beyond our control , war, terrorism, epidemics, natural disasters, covid 19, travel and border blocking, national or international travel bans Dpcm & Ordinances, failure to be attributed to a third party not directly connected with the provision of the service. for events of force majeure or by order of the authorities, events beyond our / your control, unforeseen situations of danger or for any need for structural changes. In such cases, we'll offer to the customer some solutions. We will not be responsible, no amount will be due as compensation / reimbursement:

We invite you to carefully consult the rates and conditions of online reservations. Where it is not possible to solve the problem promptly for reasons beyond our control (public holiday, lack of immediate availability of spare parts, interruption of external service, force majeure, etc.) Although we will inform / seek the source of the disturbance so as to put an end to it , Vsr cannot be held responsible for any noises / smells that come from sources external to the structure or from other customers of the Villa.We will not be responsible for any event caused by non-compliance with the INTERNAL REGULATIONS, VIRTUAL INFO BOOK, NOTICES OF THE VILLA ON LINE AND OFF LINE negligent conduct by the customer / any authorized visitors and cause of the damage to himself or to other guests.
- Cancellations made by us (except for force majeure), although unlikely, can still occur. In this case we will refund the full amount paid or a voucher will be offered to be used with a deadline that will be indicated in the email.
