One cleaning visit, bed linen and towels changed during a weekly stay. Final cleaning, gas consumption.

Services subject to availability: breakfast, tourist tax, beach towels, porter service, 1 private parking in front of Villa's entrance, extra cleaning, extra bed linen, towels and baby cot. Small restaurant, snack lounge & activities.

Keep in mind: kindly advise your arrival and departure time.
Check-In from 2 pm to 5 pm ONLY. In case of check in after 5 pm: In case of check in after 5pm (always subject to availability) we must request email with Your arrival time and mandatory surcharge of Euro 40.00.
Failure of communicate by email will NOT allow the check in.
Reception timetable: (ONLY 9am/5pm) the reception as well as physical could also be virtual with contacts ONLY via email or telephone.
Check-Out before 11 am.Check out before 9 am: extra mandatory charge of € 40,00.
Accommodations are available from 2 pm of the arrival date to 11 am of the departure date. Except from previous email notice and agreement, the expected arrival time is up to 5 pm of the arrival date. After these terms and no-show, reservation contract will be concluded and Villa Scarpariello Relais will have the right to use the accommodations. In this case deposit will not be refunded. Villa Scarpariello Relais for this event will retain as compensation the full amount paid (which is always non-refundable) and will automatically charge the remaining amount according to the reservation conditions/cancellation policy.
Cancellation Conditions
Our conditions for reservations enable us to plan your stay in the best way. Our intention is to guarantee a special holiday and customize your stay. In order to do so, we have the following cancellation policy. The cancellation of the reservation must be done promptly online only "booking- cancel booking" and until the confirmation that the cancellation has been correctly received. In case of cancellation, the booking contract will be considered concluded.
Standard/flexi booking:
01. For cancellation received within 16 days before the start date of stay/check in: the amount sent to us is always non-refundable. No further charges.
02. For the cancellation received from 15 days up to the arrival date check in, no show the amount sent to us is always non-refundable. Automatic debit of the remaining amount of the agreed reservation and conditions.
03. For late arrival/early departure: the amount sent to us is always non-refundable, the days not used will still be automatically charged.
04. Change of dates of stay and change of names of the reservation allowed in accordance with the conditions of the rate selected during the reservation process.
05. The booking implies acceptance of all the conditions proposed on line. We suggest you to stipulate a travel insurance covering COVID-related issues also.
