How to Get Villa Scarpariello Relais

- By car from Rome Fiumicino Airport: follow the directions to Rome, then take the junction G.R.A ring road of Rome direction Naples junction 21. Keep on the A1 motorway in the direction of Naples then take the A3 motorway (not the A30). Exit at Vietri sul Mare and continue in the direction of Amalfi. At 1km before Amalfi on the left, you will find the Villa Scarpariello Relais.
- By car from Naples: follow the signs to the A3 Salerno and take this direction. Exit at Vietri sul Mare and follow the S.S 163 coastal road directions to Amalfi. At 1km before Amalfi on the left, you will see the Villa Scarpariello Relais. Travelling time from Naples: one and a half hours.
- By car from Rome: follow the directions to the A3 motorway and Salerno. On the A3 take the junction marked Vietri sul Mare and follow the signs to Amalfi. 1Km before Amalfi, you will see Villa Scarpariello Relais on the left.Travelling time from Rome: three and a half hours.
- By car from South and East: on the A3motorway, take the junction to Salerno Centro. Turn left following signs to Vietri sul Mare. Take the S.S 163 coastal road after driving for about 20 kms and 1 km before Amalfi, you will find the Villa Scarpariello Relais.
- By ferries/jetfoil: please check the itinerary and timetable on the Means of Transport web page.
- Private boat: access from the sea and docking at the Villa Scarpariello Relais platform (service available subject to calendar and timetable, weather permitting).
- By plane: Naples airport is the nearest airport. It is well connected to many national and international cities.The best way to get to the Villa Scarpariello Relais is by taxi. We will be pleased to arrange a private transfer for you*From the airport you can take the bus to Sorrento-Amalfi. When you stop at Amalfi, take the bus to Salerno: your stop is Sgrosso/Scarpariello, the next stop after the Castiglione di Ravello stop. The Villa is just in front of you when you alight.
- By Sita bus: Sita Bus is a public company that runs along the Amalfi Coast and connects the Amalfi Coast with Salerno, Naples and Sorrento. You can buy tickets in shops or tobacconists along the Amalfi Coast. Once on the bus, validate your ticket and ask to stop at the Sgrosso/Scarpariello stop (next to the villa's entrance).

- Arriving By train: The best way to get to the Villa Scarpariello Relais from Salerno or Naples train station is by taxi. We will be happy to arrange a private transfer for you. For Naples train station (Piazza Garibaldi stop only)*, Salerno is the nearest railway station; it is 20 km away, approximately 45 minutes drive. From the station you can take a taxi or bus to Amalfi: your destination bus stop is Sgrosso/Scarpariello (next to the villa's entrance). Naples train station is the second nearest at 70 km away, approximately 75 minutes drive.

* The taxi driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name. You will then enjoy a comfortable ride to Villa Scarpariello Relais while taking in the beautiful scenery, without having to worry about directions or charges. These taxis do not have meters. If you decide to take a different cab, be sure to ask about the total fare first to avoid being charged for the return trip to the original pickup point.
